Return Policy:
The manufacturers of our products stand behind the quality of their merchandise. Please inspect your order carefully. If you have any damages or a quantity discrepancy, please let us know within 5 business days.
Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality, or the garment was the incorrect size, you must Email us within 5 business days of receiving the item. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.
Return Order Condition: All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in the original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn, damaged or is dirty.
Items Not Returnable: Due to government health regulations, panties, girdles, body shapewear, or items with a panty or thong are not returnable. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape.
Closeout or sale merchandise will not be subject to return.
Shoes: Karo's Shoes reserves the right to refuse any returns depending on the circumstance. Karo's Shoes has the final say in approving/denying the return claim. Shoes must be unused, in clean condition and in the original packaging without any marks.
Return Authorization: All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number and must be shipped pre-paid to the specific location designated by Treasured Temptations. Returns sent back cash on delivery (COD) will either not be accepted, not credited, or will have the shipping costs deducted from the return credit, at the discretion of Treasured Temptations.
All return shipments must have the RA number clearly placed on the package. All returned items must be sent shipping prepaid with the RA number clearly placed on the package. Do not mark it on the product packaging. You should obtain tracking information for the package, package it to prevent damage during shipping, and insure it. We can not issue you a refund if you ship your return and don't have a tracking number.
Return Authorization numbers may be received by emailing us at sales@treasuredtemptations.com.
Processing Return: We will issue you a credit back after the item has been inspected. Receiving a credit can take two to four weeks after we receive your valid return. Contact us if you have not received your credit within 4 weeks. This allows us time to inspect your return. Credit Card refunds can only be issued after the return has been inspected and within 60 days of the initial order/payment.
Shipping:
All items are generally shipped by FedEx or UPS. However, we reserve the right to choose the shipper. We generally ship within 24 hours unless backordered.
Tracking: Tracking numbers are sent by
email once we have them.
